Do candidates leave my website?

No. You build and host the careers page and application form. Your server uses the SDK to send applications to isHiring.

Do I need to build a recruiter dashboard?

No. Your team can manage jobs, review candidates, view resumes, and record decisions in the isHiring dashboard.

Where does the SDK run?

On your Node.js server. Keep your API key in a server environment variable, never in browser code.

What happens to resumes?

The SDK requests short-lived upload URLs. Resumes are kept in private storage and accessed through authorized download URLs.
